A group of scientists of the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, led by corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor N. Dulatbekov, consisting of among the scientists of the university Z. Saktaganova, A. Mustoyapova, L. Kharitonova, K. Abdrakhmanova, J. Ibraimova and A. Kitibaeva, published the book “The Famine of 1931-1933 in Central Kazakhstan: Collection of Archival Documents and Memoirs”. This scientific publication was published by the international scientific book and magazine publishing house “Palgrave Macmillan” in the UK. The above-mentioned publishing house is a subsidiary of Springer Nature, one of the largest academic publishing houses in the world. A unique scientific publication has replenished the library’s collection and has become available to readers.
